MAUN STADIUM CRUSADE

                                            Satan defeated yet Again
S
atan received yet another humiliating blow when he tried to hinder the crusade from taking place at the Maun stadium. This time, he caused the council officials who schedule events for the recreational centre to double book the venue which the servant of God Prophet T.P Elias was to stage the crusade.
As the Gates of Heaven Network (GOHN) event organizers went back to the officials to confirm that they were still to use the stadium as booked before, they were told that there was a double booking. The officials advised them to reschedule the event to pave way for the other booking. When the message reached the Prophet he said that there was no way that the event was going to be cancelled as long as God commanded it to be.
In his address to the hundreds that converged for the crusade at the stadium Friday night he said, “When we heard that the event had been cancelled we said the devil is a liar. Instead of squabbling for the arena that we booked for we humbled ourselves and convinced the officials to allow us to use this parking space”. He apologized for the inconvenience caused.  Praises went high at the parking lot causing the glory of the Lord to descend and Satan to tuck his tail in between his legs and leave in shame

       RAISING A GENERATION OF LOVE

Papa T.P
That night the servant of God Prophet T.P Elias delivered this message under the sub-headline ‘A Cry for Unity’. He introduced the sermon by telling the gathered masses that the reason why he preaches the gospel is to be part of those that will restore unity in the body of Christ (churches). The text reading for the day was extracted from 1 John 7-8, which reads as follows, "Beloved let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love".

Papa T.P Elias said that those that love exude love unconditionally regardless of what people have done to them. What the offended should hate is the wrong perpetrated against them not the wrongdoer. Love, he said, should be practiced to all whether we like them or not.
“One day I gave an example in church. I said if in these days of passion killings your child is having an affair with a boyfriend; and the boyfriend happens to kill her, would you love the man after the incident?”

Papa said the way to go was to forgive and love the offender. He said that those who continue to love under such circumstances have God in them; for God is love. According to him, those who know God extend a helping hand to their enemies when they find them in need. They persist in love despite being persecuted or harmed. However for many, narrow has been the path to life because they retaliate to their enemies with anger and revulsion.

The prophet went on to say that love is the only thing that truly defines who God is. He said God can never be defined through ones regular church attendances, the type of church attended or the man of God followed. Love can only be defined by the love in ones heart.

“When you go around talking about others and saying all the evil about them, truly you do not know God. If we love God we should love our neighbours as we love ourselves. And then we will put our focus on loving God with all our hearts, with our minds and all our strength. Love is the only thing that can heal us from all our infirmities and all our oppressions from the Devil”.

The prophet further said that if one carries love in his heart there is no reason for him to be sick. Only one touch of love is enough to change such a person’s life because one touch of love is one touch of God. He said those that are touched by God need no prayer or fasting in order for them to receive healing. When touched by God they get healed on the spot because his touch is a touch of love.

According to Papa, when people are engaging in sins God gives them a look of love and continues to love them yet hates their sinful ways. Had it not been like that Apostle Paul who was formerly a murderer wouldn’t have been turned into a man of God. Even those who were once drunkards, prostitutes, thieves and partakers of all sort of sins wouldnt be converted to him. He said now that such former sinners he redeemed with love, the only thing that he wants from them is to love others as he loves them. Love is the only thing that can restore peace and unity within individuals, the body of Christ and the world at large.

“The reason why we fight one another as 'pastors', christians is that one does not love; and the one who initiates the fight does not know God. That is the simple truth. Love is the only thing that can restore you”, he said
Love in Marriages
Preaching about love within the marital institution, the Holy servant of God said that many have forgotten the vows that they made before judicial officers, their pastors, parents and God. He said that when wedded they swore to stick to their spouses through thick and thin but now some have turned against their words. He said today many marriages are torn apart by amongst other things, sickness and poverty.
“When sickness appears the one party disappears from the marriage. Likewise when poverty appears the other one disappears. If that happens it is evident that there has never been love in the first place” he said.
The Prophet said true love sticks to its vows no matter what the surrounding circumstances dictates. He said even though the love nest be a place of pain, humiliation and tears the spouse who is being hurt should express love at all times. It is the love expressed in humility each day that will change the other and bring back peace and unity within such a home. Quarreling and fights were no solution.
Love at the Workplace
Papa further said that it was a common phenomenon that many bosses were tormenting their subordinates within work institutes. He said if that happens it is no time for those tormented to gossip  about the issue but a moment to humble oneself and love the boss. Only love will change the boss from the devil that he/she is and turn him into a son of God. Love, the prophet said, changes all things and bears all things. He sealed the sermon with a text reading from 2Chronicles 7:14 in which he emphasized on people to humble themselves before God in order for them and their land to be healed.
                         Quotes from Prophet T.P Elias
The absence of Love: “The absence of love is absolutely the absence of God. Where there is no love there is no God. The presence of God and his healing power is determined by the presence of loving hearts from loving people”.

Humility: “Our humility is the best ground for our faith, our hope and our love. If a man is not humble he cannot know God and he cannot see God because in humility there is love. Without humility there is pride; and in pride there is no love and where there is no love there is no God”

The way of Life: “When a man turns from his wickedness he turns to love. He turns to righteousness, to the way of life and to the way of God”.

The Devil’s Trap: “One of the traps of the Devil in this land is to get people into debts. It is not that they have no money but their money is finished in debts. That is a sickness and it is only God who can heal them from this sickness so that they may control the economy of their land”

TESTIMONIES FROM THE MASSIVE CRUSADE THAT WAS HELD AT THE MAUN SPORTS COMPLEX

P. Mokgethwa
Like the biblical Job of Uz this middle aged mother suffered from incurable sores that medical experts could neither treat nor tell their cause. When all hope was lost she looked in faith at Christ and she received a touch of love that instantly restored her health and changed her destiny. Having received her healing she traveled close to 700km to Maun, to thank God’s power transmission vessel Prophet T.P Elias for what God had done in her life through him. May your faith be uplifted as you read this testimony!
“My name is Patricia Mokgethwa. I come from Serule village. I first met the man of God Prophet T.P Elias during the Palapye crusade. By then I was very sick. The only thing that relatives were waiting for was the departure of my soul. When I heard about the Palapye crusade I begged those nursing me to take me to the man of God. I had itching sores all over my body. I never slept day or night because of the pain that I was experiencing.  The sores also had pus. I used to scratch them with a rough dry bark of a tree. At the crusade the man of God prayed for me. Then after that he instructed me to fetch water so that he could pray for it. He instructed me to drink some and sprinkle the rest throughout my residential place. Back at home, as we were sprinkling the yard, a big snake came out of the children’s room. Their attempts to kill it became fruitless. Later I told them to leave it. I assured them that by morning we will find it dead. Upon uttering those words the snake left the children’s room and went straight into my bedroom. I went unconscious and when I revived I found that the snake had been killed through the help of our neighbours. I want to testify that God is great. Nothing is impossible with him. He is indeed God of all nations. Today I came all the way from my village to express my gratitude to Prophet Elias and to glorify God who restored my life. Now all what is left of the sore are the scars, thank you God”

                 YOUR DREAM COUNTS
                                                                                             28-04-12
P
rophet T.P Elias preached the sermon during the second night of the Massive healing & deliverance campaign. He introduced it by telling the gathered multitudes that God had a surprise in store for them that night. He said the surprise was that following the crusade their life stories would be changed forever. The message for the night was pulled out from Genesis 37 to 41 which tell a story of Joseph, his dream, challenges and his ascension to glory.
LET US READ GENESIS 37:5-8: and Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren; and they hated him yet the more. And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream that I have dreamed: for, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf. And his brethren said to him, shall thou indeed reign over us? Or shall thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him more the more for his dreams and his words (KJV).
Prophet Elias said Joseph was 17-years old when he dreamt the dream and this dream came to pass when he was 30-years old. He never gave up on it despite the challenges that he faced. He always believed that the dream was real; that one day it was to manifest and he was to become a President over the people of God.
“In the year 2004 I was shown a vision and from the vision I began to have a dream to become a man of God and to have a very magnificent church for the glory of the Lord. I started implementing the dream in year 2011. On the 18th of June 2011 this church began in Maun because of a dream that began in 2004”, he said.
Papa T.P Elias said that sometimes people find that they are not educated yet they have a dream to become a state leader or hold a position of significance within a society. He said that their lack of education should not hinder them from reaching out to their dreams because education does not count but the dream.  Education, he said, is important but one’s dream is even much better. An educated man without a vision or dream of where he is going is like a blind man. Papa further said that wherever there is a good dream or vision there is always persecution.
“You will always face obstacles. You will always face temptations. There is no greater dream that is simply achieved. Every great dream is hard to achieve. As you face the obstacles, how you respond to them will determine whether you will make it to  the fulfilment of your dream or not”.
The prophet continued to say that if one wants to be a great man of God he will face persecution from all directions.  His response to them will determine whether he will be a great man of God or not. Same applies to one who hankers to become a business giant. The success of his dream will be determined by his response to his persecutors and competitors.
He also said that a person with a good dream for the future is prone to betrayal. He said betrayers are sometimes people we know or sometimes strangers. Such things come in order to hinder the achievement of the dream. When it happens, a dream holder should not complain but glorify God. That, according to him, is a mark of a man who is determined to prevail over the obstacle and achieve his vision and dream.
“Sometimes people will say they want to share your vision with you whereas they want to steal it from you. You must always be ready for those situations and when they come you must always give glory to God”, he said
Papa Elias said people should emulate Joseph. When Joseph encountered challenges he never complained or cried. He always trusted and glorified God whether he was lied about or unfairly convicted. Had he never gone to Egypt and faced such challenges he could never have become a governor.
He said that when Joseph was taken captive into Egypt it was painful. As he innocently went to prison while in Egypt it became more painful. But coming out of prison and interpreting Pharaoh’s dream brought him Joy.
“When you go through trials, temptations and persecutions because of the dream that you have, all your challenges are by no means going to hurt you.  They may be painful today but they will bring your joy tomorrow”, he said……………..

QOUTES FROM PROPHET T.P ELIAS
Glory Ahead: “No matter the pain that you endure because of your situation today there is glory lying ahead if you believe in God”

Trust in God: “A man who trusts in God is a man in a commission; a man with a dream; a man with a vision and a man who knows where he is going. He is a man on an assignment; a man on a mission not a man in competition”.

Who you are: “Everything that you are belongs to God. Everything that you do is done by God through you so that you can never have a competitor”.
